- Conducted 1375 distinct tests using the flight track tool, with some initial issues transitioning from 4.0 to 5.0 scripts.
- 29 new CRs were registered for the flight, validating various transactions like move-in requests.
- Encountered problems with scripts requiring restarts, specifically with older version transactions.
- Some transactions, though incorrect in testing, were still valid and accepted by ERCOT, causing traffic issues.
- Recognition of team efforts and the hard work put into the testing phase, with a request for a future lessons learned session.
- Discussion on certification letters for TDSPs, with assurance they will be distributed by the end of the week.
- Feedback sought on improving communication, especially involving service providers ensuring proper flow of information to smaller entities.

5 – MCT
5.1 – Implementation Plan
- There was an older condensed presentation on the implementation that may not have been posted on MCT.
- The updated version is referred to as “implementation plan final v two.”
- Sandeep has questions and has registered his presence for them.
- There is an openness to allowing questions and interjections during the process.
- Katherine and Kyle discussed the possibility of running through the implementation plan once more from a high level before proceeding.
- The approach involves going through the plan first and then opening the floor for questions, with Sandeep getting priority to ask questions.
5.1.1 – Conference Calls
- Initial Call on November 5 at 02:00 p.m. to confirm readiness for Texas Set 5.0 implementation.
- CRs to suspend non-pay transactions on November 6; unexecuted DNPs to be completed or canceled.
- Second call on November 7 at 04:00 p.m. for EMP suspension confirmation.
- No customer requests on November 8-9; request dates should be November 7 or 11.
- CRs to suspend 814 transactions by November 8 for dates after November 9.
- Safety net requests only for emergency reconnections and lights out situations.
- CRs to suspend sending certain transactions by November 8, 12:00 p.m.
- TDSPs to log MarkeTrak issues for initial county load files.
- Third call on November 8 at 06:00 p.m. for MP migration status and confirm market readiness.
- Fourth call on November 9 at 09:00 a.m. for ERCOT confirmation on system suspension and readiness check.
- Fifth and sixth market call scheduled for November 10 and 11 to confirm MP status and readiness.

5.1.2 – Cut Off Schedule
